Even though we all take precautions in our daily lives, emergencies can still happen. That’s why knowing First Aid is so important—being prepared to act can make all the difference when an accident occurs.
First Aid refers to the immediate care given to someone who is sick or injured before medical professionals arrive. According to GMS, First Aid includes things like cleaning minor cuts, treating burns, and relieving heat stress.
This course follows updated, nationally accepted guidelines and will equip you with essential First Aid skills, so you can make informed decisions in an emergency.
Starting CPR within 3 to 5 minutes of collapse increases a person’s chance of survival and lowers the risk of permanent damage.
Our course is based on the most up-to-date 2019 Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) guidelines, giving you the tools to respond effectively in critical situations.
